Booking Policy

Online Booking Policy

Only some of our services and nail technicians are available to book online at the moment. Contact us if you have any questions or need to make any changes to your appointment.

Please note that for online bookings we require 50% deposit to secure your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

Varnish Nails & Beauty is dedicated to providing you and others with excellent customer service and access to appointments during peak times. Due to this and our limited space, we have a firm 24-hour cancellation policy.

Please kindly review our cancellation policy before scheduling an appointment. By booking with us, you are accepting the terms and conditions of our cancellation policy.

For all bookings we require a credit card on file to secure your appointment.

Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance to avoid any charges.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

If you cancel your appointment with less than 4 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing notice, a fee equal to 100% of the scheduled service will be charged to the card on file.

Any outstanding no-show or late cancellation fees mus be paid in full before rescheduling a new appointment.

We understand that sometimes being late is out of your control. We promise to do our best to accommodate and perform the most complete service with the time remaining. However, each service will be finished within the allotted time to accommodate the next reservation. Anyone arriving up to 10-minutes late may need to be rescheduled and cancellation fee may apply.

Any missed appointments without a phone call will be considered a no-show, any no-shows will result in full fees for the scheduled service(s) to be charged on your credit card (or equivalent deduction from Gift Certificates or Reward Points) without the opportunity to reschedule.

We require a 48-hour cancellation notice for groups of 4 people, and one week notice for groups of 5 or more. Please note there is a minimum 18% gratuity policy for parties of 5 or more.

Nail Fix Policy

Varnish Nails & Beauty is pleased to offer a Nail Fix Guarantee as we are committed to providing high quality service to all our clients. We understand that certain factors may cause incidents with your nail care services. If you encounter any problems—such as peeling, lifting, chipping, or fading— please contact us and we will take care of your nail repair at no additional charge. Some fixes might be subject to a reasonable repair pricing. Our Nail Fix Policy is subject to the following:

REGULAR POLISH

If smudging or chipping occur within 3 days of receiving the service, please contact us to fix it for you at no additional charge. Maximum 5 damaged nails.

BIO, UV GEL, ACRYLICS, & GEL POLISH

For Bio, UV Gel, Acrylic, and Gel Polish services, we offer a 5 days guarantee period, in which if you experience any issue mentioned above, you are welcome to return to the salon to get a repair done at no additional charge. Maximum 5 damaged nails. 

If there is ever a case you experience any issue with your nail service, please reach out as soon as possible by emailing or calling us to discuss this further.

Return Policy

Varnish Nails & Beauty is not able to do refunds or exchanges for products and services Unfortunately, all sales are final.

Varnish Nails & Beauty does not do refunds for any Gift Certificates purchased.

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

All staff have completed Barbicide COVID-19 Infection Control, Barbicide Sanitation and Disinfection and Dermalogica Clean Touch certifications. As we continue to maintain strict sanitation standards, we will be practicing enhanced cleaning and sanitizing protocols.

  • For the safety of our clients and staff. It is recommended to wear a mask upon arrival and during their appointment.
  • Hand washing and hand sanitizer stations are available. Clients will be asked to wash their hands before and after their appointment.
  • We have the right to refuse or stop a service at any time based on safety concerns for staff and clients.
